If you are a new client, (or if you are an existing client and it has been more than 12 months since your last consultation), you can schedule here within 7 days of your first appointment

Prior to your appointment, kindly ensure that you fill out the forms sent to your email. We also request that you arrive on time.

If you need to cancel, please provide at least a 2-hour notice to receive a full credit; otherwise, a $50 fee will be applied for late cancellations.
